Silver 15” Rally wheels feature chrome trim rings and hubcaps and were mounted with 215/75 BFGoodrich Silvertown Radial redline tires in 2021. Additional work performed under current ownership included replacing the power steering pump, front and rear shocks, and rear strut rods. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel ventilated disc brakes.
The refreshed interior houses low-back bucket seats trimmed in black vinyl as well as color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Bright trim adorns the black dashboard, and additional appointments include electric windows, lap belts, a clock, and an AM/FM radio.
The wood-rim steering wheel features a Corvette horn button and fronts a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and supplementary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 39k miles, approximately 400 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 327ci V8 features a polished air cleaner assembly and Corvette-script valve covers. Service in 2021 included replacing the radiator assembly, timing chain, timing gear, rear main seal, battery, engine gaskets, belts, and hoses. The oil was changed in preparation for the sale.
The engine code and serial number stamping are displayed above. The HT engine code suffix to the right indicates a 327ci L79 V8 with a factory-rated output of 350 horsepower and a single four-barrel carburetor in conjunction with a manual transmission.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Muncie M21 close-ratio four-speed manual transmission. The transmission seals were replaced in March 2021.
