The truck was repainted in Hot Rod Flatz Olive Brown with gloss black accents during the refurbishment. Additional work included modifying the frame with Porterbuilt Fabrication components, installing a custom bed floor and widened wheel tubs, and replacing sections of sheet metal on the cab along with the tailgate, doors, fenders, and glass.
Black chrome-finished 20″ Coys alloy wheels are wrapped in Nitto Invo tires. The truck is equipped with an AccuAir air-suspension system, a power-assisted Unisteer rack-and-pinion, and narrowed front control arms. Braking is handled by a four wheel disc brake system utilizing CPP-branded front calipers and cross-drilled rotors.
The cabin features a split bench with a fold-down armrest upholstered in white and brown leather. Tan carpets with brown piping cover the floors, and the headliner and sun visors are upholstered in black. The audio system consists of a digital multimedia receiver with an overhead speaker and custom-mounted kick-panel speakers. The GM Performance engine control unit is mounted beneath the bench and the Painless chassis wiring harness is equipped with an ATO fuse block located under the dashboard.
The three-spoke steering wheel is mounted to an Ididit tilting column and frames a Classic Instruments gauge cluster housing a 140-mph speedometer with an inset tachometer along with readouts for coolant temperature, battery voltage, oil pressure, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows under 500 miles have been added since the completion of the build. True mileage is unknown.
The 6.2-liter LS3 V8 was installed during the build, and additional work included smoothing the firewall, replacing the chassis wiring harness, and installing aftermarket hood hinges. The engine has been modified with the following components:
Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a four-speed 4L65E automatic transmission and a 12-bolt rear end that has been shortened 6″ and is equipped with a Positraction differential.
