The cabin features two bucket seats trimmed in black vinyl along with a color-coordinated dash pad, carpeting, and door panels. Equipment includes lap belts, a dash-mounted rearview mirror, and a Corvette-branded aftermarket digital push-button radio.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames a sweeping 160-mph speedometer and a tachometer as well as gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, battery status, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 3,300 miles, approximately 500 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The replacement 283ci V8 features Edelbrock Performer RPM aluminum cylinder heads, an aluminum intake manifold, Chevrolet-branded valve covers, a Performance Distributors D.U.I. distributor, a chrome-finished alternator, tubular exhaust headers, and an aluminum radiator. The car has not been serviced under current ownership, and the engine stamping can be viewed in the photo gallery.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission equipped with a Hurst shifter. Additional underside images are presented in the gallery.
