The C2 was the first Corvette to offer fully independent suspension, with upper and lower control arms at the front and a three-link setup with a transverse leaf spring at the rear. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs. The seller recommends servicing the braking system and reports that the steering is loose.
The cabin features two bucket seats upholstered in black vinyl that are joined by color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Amenities include Vintage Air climate control, power windows, and lap belts. The seat covers, headliner, and carpets are said to have been replaced under current ownership, and the interior lights, radio, and windshield wipers do not work.
