The 15″ Rally wheels wear bright trim rings and center caps along with redline tires. Braking is handled by discs at all four corners.
The cabin features bucket seats with headrests upholstered in black vinyl joined by a matching dashboard, door panels, and carpets. An analog clock is mounted in the center stack, and additional features include a reverse lock-out shifter handle, air conditioning, lap and shoulder belts, power windows, and a push-button AM/FM radio. The radio is said to have been refurbished and the carpets and headliner replaced in 1985.
The three-spoke steering wheel sits atop a telescoping column and frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6,200-rpm redline, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The five-digit odometer shows 56k miles, approximately 250 of which were added by the selling dealer.
The 427ci V8 is topped with a trio of two-barrel carburetors and was factory rated at 400 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. The carburetors were reportedly rebuilt in 1985.
The engine identification code and serial number are displayed above.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a 3.70:1 Positraction rear axle.
