The steel wheels wear chrome covers, and they are mounted with F70-14 Firestone Wide Oval whitewall bias-ply tires. A spare wheel with a Firestone redline tire is mounted in the trunk. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.
The cabin features low-back bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in black vinyl. A color-coordinated headliner, dash pad, and door panels are fitted, while matching carpets line the floors. Equipment includes a center console, front and rear lap belts, and an AM radio. The car was ordered from the factory without a heater.
The woodgrain-rimmed steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature, and warning lights. The seller notes that the instrument cluster was rebuilt during the refurbishment. Sun gauges for oil pressure and water temperature are installed below the dashboard. The five-digit odometer shows 5,800 miles, approximately 100 of which were added by the seller. Total mileage is unknown.
The 427ci V8 is equipped with dual Holley four-barrel carburetors fed through an oval air cleaner as well as chrome Power by Ford-branded valve covers. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale along with the installation of a new battery. Casting numbers C5AE–H and 5M21 can be seen in the gallery and correspond with a 427ci side-oiler V8 cast on December 21, 1965.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual transmission and a 3.89:1 rear end.
