The interior is finished in Cognac MB-Tex upholstery along with color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Amenities include a heater, rubber floor mats, and a Becker Grand Prix AM/FM radio. The driver’s seat outer bolster is torn.
The two-spoke steering wheel fronts VDO instrumentation that includes a 140-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges displaying oil pressure, fuel level, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 98k miles, though total mileage is unknown. The steering wheel trim is cracked and the central gauge has condensation build-up.
The replacement 2.5L inline-six was installed in England in October 1985 and has been fitted with a Bud Benz fuel pump. Service between 2021 and 2022 included performing a tune-up, as well as replacing the exhaust manifold, exhaust hangers, front crankshaft seal, idle solenoid, fuel filter, spark plugs, fuel level sending unit, and the distributor. The removed fuel pump is included in the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission. The gearshift linkage bushing was replaced in June 2022. The seller notes rough shifts into second and third gear.
