The cabin features Classic Touring RS seats upholstered in black leather with corduroy inserts. Additional equipment includes lightweight carpeting, RS-style door panels, pop-out rear quarter windows, a RennSport shifter, a leather-wrapped MOMO Prototipo steering wheel, and a Blaupunkt radio.
The VDO instrumentation was rebuilt by John Bell and includes a 10k-rpm tachometer and a 150-mph speedometer. The five-digit odometer shows 29k miles, 2k of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 2.8L flat-six was built by Randolph Racing of Stoughton, Massachusetts in 2006 using a 2.7-liter engine case, re-plated cylinders, 92mm JE Engineering pistons, and early S camshafts. The mechanical fuel injection system was rebuilt by Pacific Fuel Injection and features a 019-spec pump and 917-style air filters and covers. Additional equipment includes a Clewett Engineering/Electromotive crank-triggered ignition system, a Mocal oil cooler, Elephant Racing oil lines, SSI heat exchangers, and a Dansk muffler.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 901 five-speed manual transaxle. Fluid weep is noted from the transaxle, and additional photos of the underside are provided in the image gallery.
