The bucket seats and center console were rebuilt and subsequently reupholstered in black Connolly leather in 2020. Additional appointments include hand-crank side windows, a locking glove compartment, an analog clock, a heater and defroster, and a push-button AM/FM radio.
A wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts Smiths instrumentation that includes a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and centrally positioned auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 54k miles, less than 500 of which have been added by the seller. True mileage is unknown.
The 4.2-liter inline-six is equipped with twin Zenith Stromberg carburetors and an aftermarket stainless steel exhaust system. The engine was rebuilt in 2013 by Scott Fricks Automotive of Tucson, Arizona, and work included boring cylinders, polishing the crankshaft, resurfacing the cylinder head, performing a valve job, and replacing the pistons, rod and main bearings, oil pump, timing chain, timing chain guides and tensioners, a thermostat, spark plugs, the air and fuel filters, the battery, a coolant hose, and a radiator cap. An oil change was carried out in 2021.
