A replacement spare tire is stored in its factory location and is accompanied by a 12-volt air compressor. Work under current ownership reportedly consisted of installing a Borgeson power steering kit and replacing the suspension bushings, wheel bearings, brake calipers, brake pads, and brake booster.
The cabin features bucket seats upholstered in Saddle leather, and the seller notes that the color-coordinated deluxe-style door panels, roof panels, and center console have been replaced. Equipment includes air conditioning, power door locks, dashboard map pockets, three-point seatbelts, and a Corvette-branded retro-look Bluetooth stereo wired to Boss component speakers. An aftermarket alarm system is reportedly installed in conjunction with the factory alarm system, and sound-deadening material was added beneath the carpets under current ownership. The carpeting is stained and torn in the driver’s footwell.
The three-spoke steering wheel features a Corvette crossed-flag center emblem and fronts a 160-mph speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer while an analog clock and auxiliary gauges are positioned in the center stack. A Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection control interface is mounted ahead of the shifter. The five-digit odometer indicates 55k miles, approximately 1k of which have been added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 350ci V8 was rebuilt under previous ownership per the seller, who states that it is equipped with an aftermarket camshaft. Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection and an aluminum radiator were installed under current ownership, and additional work during the seller’s tenure reportedly included Zybar-coating the exhaust manifolds, repairing the wiring harness, and replacing various air conditioning components in addition to converting the system to use R134a refrigerant.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a replacement Tremec five-speed manual transmission and a 3.36:1 Positraction limited-slip differential, the latter of which was reportedly rebuilt under current ownership.
