Factory 14” steel wheels wear body-colored covers and are fitted with 195/70 Michelin Defender tires. The braking system was reportedly serviced with a replacement master cylinder, calipers, discs, and hoses.
The interior is trimmed in black leather that was reportedly installed during the time of the refurbishment along with replacement carpets and door panels. The shifter assembly is said to have been rebuilt, and the air conditioning system was fitted with a rotary compressor. Wood trim accents the dashboard and center console, and additional equipment includes a VDO clock, Becker Mexico radio, and aftermarket speakers.
The body-colored dashboard fascia houses VDO instrumentation consisting of a 140-mph speedometer and a tachometer as well as gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. Just under 95k miles are indicated on the five-digit odometer, approximately 300 of which were added under current ownership.
The 2.8-liter M130 inline-six features Bosch mechanical fuel injection and was reportedly rebuilt by Metric Motors in Canoga Park, California. Additional work is said to have included replacing the firewall padding, radiator, engine oil cooler, heater hoses, exhaust manifold, flex disc, and driveshaft center mount and bearing.
The fuel system was refreshed with a replacement tank, sending unit, pump, and hoses, and a stainless steel exhaust system was added. Power is routed to the rear wheels through a remanufactured four-speed automatic transmission. The rear axle was reportedly fitted with replacement bushings and bearings.
