Gold-finished 16″ BBS multi-piece wheels feature bright lips and are wrapped in 225/50 front and 275/45 rear Hoosier R7 racing slicks. The chassis has reportedly been modified with a 935-style front suspension setup and Motion Control Suspension adjustable coilovers. Stopping power is provided by Elephant Racing 930-ERX four-piston front calipers and finned rear calipers over slotted and vented rotors.
The interior has been stripped and fitted with a roll cage as well as a Recaro Pro Racer seat with a Schroth safety harness. Additional equipment includes a Coolshirt system, a WEVO shifter, a fire-suppression system, a floor-mounted battery, a custom control panel, and an aftermarket pedal set.
A MOMO steering wheel on a quick-release hub frames a QuickCar 10k-rpm tachometer and gauges for oil pressure and oil temperature. The car is not equipped with a speedometer or odometer, and total chassis mileage is unknown.
The front trunk houses a Fuel Safe fuel cell, an oil tank, and an hour meter that reads 598.4 hours.
According to the seller, the replacement 3.0-liter flat-six was overhauled in January 2022 by 901 Shop of Stuart, Florida. Equipment is said to include Xtreme cylinder heads, titanium valves and springs, Pauter connecting rods, a modified crankshaft, custom CP pistions, a 901 Shop custom camshaft, and a GT3 oil pump. Additional modifications consist of 50mm PMO carburetors, an MSD twin-plug ignition system, 901 Shop stainless steel exhaust headers, a carbon-fiber fan shroud, and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 915 five-speed manual transaxle with a Tilton clutch, an aluminum flywheel, straight-cut gears, and an external oil cooler. Additional photos of the underside are provided in the gallery.
A selection of service records are included in the sale along with an HSR log book.
