Multi-piece 15″ BBS-RM wheels are mounted with 195/50 Dunlop Direzza DZ102 tires. The suspension features Bilstein shocks along with Ireland Engineering springs and sway bars. Wilwood four-piston calipers are fitted over drilled and slotted rotors up front, and additional brake upgrades are said to include a replacement primary cylinder, a rebuilt booster, and braided stainless-steel lines. The steering box was rebuilt, the front and rear subframes have been powder-coated, and E21 hubs and wheel bearings were installed, according to the seller. Service performed in June 2022 included replacing the front-right inner tie rod and balancing the wheels.
The Recaro front bucket seats are said to have been sourced from a BMW E21 and trimmed in black upholstery. An air conditioning system was installed as part of the interior refresh in addition to a KoogleWerks center console, shift boot, and parking brake handle were fitted. The headliner was replaced and sound deadening material was applied to the floors, which are lined with replacement gray carpets. Additional equipment includes a Nardi wood shift knob, a dash-mounted MotoMeter clock, and Coco Mats floor mats.
A Nardi wood-rimmed steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and a combination gauge with readouts for fuel level and water temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 2,200 miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership. The speedometer was repaired and the horn button was replaced in September 2021, while the water temperature gauge was repaired in June 2022. Total mileage is unknown.
The 2.0-liter M10 inline-four was overhauled by 2002 Garage Werks as part of the build and is equipped with an aftermarket billet camshaft, 9:1 compression ratio pistons, an upgraded radiator, and a 123ignition distributor. Additional work included rebuilding the Kugelfischer fuel pump and injectors along with the wiring harness, cold start regulator, alternator, starter, and heater box. An oil change was performed, a valve adjustment was completed, and the valve cover gasket was replaced in September 2021.
