Details include a white removable hardtop, a swing-away rear tire carrier, a roll cage, and chrome bumpers.
Powder-coated 15″ steel wheels wear polished covers and are mounted with 31×10.5″ Goodyear Wrangler white-letter tires, and a full-size spare wears a Bronco Ranger cover. The truck is equipped with power steering, Rancho shocks, and manually locking front hubs. During the refurbishment, the power steering box and axles were rebuilt and the following parts and components were replaced:
The front bucket seats and rear bench were reupholstered in brown vinyl with houndstooth cloth inserts. Sound-deadening material was installed and the floorboards, carpets, and headliner were also replaced during the refurbishment. Appointments include a lockable center console, a Vintage Air climate control system, a carpeted rear cargo area, and a retro-style head unit linked to cage-mounted speakers.
The two-spoke steering wheel features a chrome horn ring and sits ahead of a 100-mph speedometer with perimeter supplementary gauges. The mechanical odometer shows 1k miles, approximately 600 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The 302ci V8 was rebuilt under current ownership and sends power to the rear or all four wheels via a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The transmission and rear differential were rebuilt and the fuel tank, battery tray, tubular exhaust headers, wiring harness, and air conditioning system were replaced during the refurbishment.
The frame was repainted black during the refurbishment, at which time bedliner material was applied to the underbody. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery.
