The car is equipped with four-wheel independent suspension, adjustable front coilovers, power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes, and optional power steering.
The low-back bucket seats, door panels, and transmission tunnel are trimmed in brown leather with diamond-quilt inserts. Appointments include four-point harnesses, a wood-rim steering wheel, a dash-mounted rearview mirror, map pockets, and Backdraft Racing-branded floor mats.
Auto Meter instrumentation consists of a reverse-sweep 180-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 7k miles, approximately 2k of which were added under current ownership.
The Ford Racing 5.0-liter Coyote V8 features electronic fuel injection and ceramic-coated headers. The primary clutch cylinder was replaced in April 2019, while service performed in April 2023 involved refreshing the fluids and performing a multi-point inspection.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec five-speed manual transmission. Scrapes are present on the underside of the nose, and additional underbody images are presented in the gallery below.
